Deep Transformation

Deep transformation is the process of becoming the person you truly want to be. It means being your authentic self even when it's scary. It means living your values with wholeheartedness.

Many life events can trigger this process including the loss of a loved one, career burnout, divorce, aging, illness, or the realization that you're just not happy and it feels like something is missing.

The journey to go deep within requires courage and perseverance. The reward for this hard work is being able to live your best life! I have been devoted to my own depth work for over 30 years and have learned from many masterful teachers. I use somatic experiencing (the wisdom of the body), The Work of Byron Katie (self-inquiry), the Enneagram and mindfulness practices.

If we encounter blocks due to trauma, abuse or neglect I use Lifespan Integration, EMDR, or family systems work to sort out limiting and negative belief structures.

The gifts of going deep:

You discover and release negative beliefs.

You free your creative life force.

You develop your intuition and discover your higher purpose.

The gap between who you are and who you want to be closes.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
~Anaïs Nin
